Regular Membership

Regular Members designate which locations are included in membership. This can be just one primary location (headquarters) or some/all locations, depending on the needs of the company.

All employees at location(s) covered by Regular Membership can take advantage of IPA resources. Dues are calculated on a sliding scale, based on the number of employees involved in production of the following services:

Prepress, Premedia, and Color Trade Shops
IPA resources give members access to the most up-to-date and cost effective training for prepress professionals on workflow efficiencies involving, color management, PDF/X, JDF, CTP, asset management, file management and storage, software applications, and proofing.

Commercial, Web and Digital Printers
IPA provides easy access to best practices and comprehensive resources for printers who want to implement a color-managed workflow—from input to viewing, proofing, and printing. As an IPA member, you can take advantage of resources that will help you improve your turnaround times and reduce labor and material costs.

Corporate In-house Creative/Production Departments
In-house creative and production departments have access to industry standards and best practices, along with personnel training programs so they can implement these standards in their graphics workflow. As an IPA member you’ll have access to the resources and training you need to successfully deliver press-ready files and proofs to print providers, reducing costs associated with outsourcing file preparation and print and electronic delivery.

Advertising Agencies (including Graphic Design Firms)
IPA programs, products, communications, and services provide creative firms with essential information on implementing, integratiing, and managing graphic production personnel, equipment, and workflow.

Print Access Includes print copies of IPA Bulletin, regularly printed studies and reports, newsletter and other printed benefits of membership. E-Access includes electronic access to the printed member benefits plus discoutns to all IPA programs and services.
